feat((analysis) Add bootstrap method

In order to understand the noise in nikamaps, one could implement boostrap analysis following https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bootstrapping_(statistics) :

  • Check weighted bootstrap
  • Implement in analysis.py following jackknife API
