Make implementation of form-sample with abstraction

After discussion, some coding style were added to the source code and
also, some services were doubly implemented, hence the deletion in this
commit. Use of AttributeService instead.

Some corrections were brought to the class via Test Driven Development

To follow the format of ANIS.

This allows the display of the licence information in a uniform way.

A use of @ngrx/component-store was made in order to retrieve the type of
the attributes to query. This leads to a cleaner implementation. Hence
all aliases can be retrieved in a reactive way.

The component store is now used to get all the aliases
contained in a given dataset.

This service is mainly to retrieve the attributes associated to a
dataset. It can be further used to retrieve the characteristics of a
dataset.

Use of abstraction to make it more specific and clean

(fix):Add OnInit method for the label to use on app-attribute-label

This is a simple patch to test the validity of the previous temporary
fix. See previous commit for details.

WARNING: This is a temporary fix for the labelling of data on bootstrap array on
the front-end. Sall be fixed by further development on the server.
